Springfield, Mo.-based nPrint Graphix, the largest digital printer in Southwest Missouri, announces that that it has expanded its graphics output capabilities with the purchase of an HP Scitex XL 1500 grand-format roll-to-roll printer
The solvent-based printer—which features a print width of 196" and print speeds of up to 1,333 square feet an hour—allows the company to focus its operations on large jobs such as billboards, large exterior graphics, large banners and mass banner runs. This opportunity has opened nPrint’s markets to ad agencies, churches, and other sign companies but the shop will continue to service its retail business
Bringing this technology to Springfield in this tough economy will enable our customers to save money and receive a higher quality product,” says John Fugitt, owner of nPrint Graphix. “This printer helps expand our capacity and allows us to complete projects at a rapid rate since this printer is seven times faster than any other printer in the local area.”
The printing system expands the company’s business opportunities and allows it to offer innovative products such as event signage, floor graphics, art canvas, interior wall designs, landmark advertising, and even building wraps.
