Next month's Viscom Düsseldorf graphics industry trade fair will feature a revised 'print design!' presentation, which will showcase the uses of digital printing techniques in interior décor environments.

The presentation will take up an area of around 100sq m and will include examples of printed floor and wall coverings, furniture and other objects, supplied by machinery and materials manufacturers. Settings including restaurants, bars, shops, foyers and reception areas, and trade fair stands will be represented, while the centre of 'print design!' will comprise a catering area with a large, circular, digitally printed counter, featuring a circular textile structure suspended from the ceiling. This area has been named the 'architects' lounge', Viscom's organiser explains.

The exhibits will fit into the themes of 'multi color' and 'interior texture', to demonstrate digital printing's colour range and material motifs respectively.

Viscom Düsseldorf will take place in the German city from October 13th to 15th.
