The press conference of the 8th Beijing International Printing Technology Exhibition (CHINA PRINT 2013) was held in Shanghai on November 15, 2011. Mr. Lu Changan, vice chairman and secretary-general of Printing and Printing Equipment Industries Association of China (PEIAC), Mr. Wang Demao, board chairman of China Print Show Company and special advisor of PEIAC, Mr. Xu Jinfeng, special advisor of PEIAC, Mr. Yin Haixing, vice president of China International Exhibition Center Group Corporation (CIEC), Mr. Tang Shumin, vice secretary-general of PEIAC, and Mr. Kong Huanji, secretary-general of the Printing and Replicating Industries Association of Guangdong have attended the press conference. The Conference has attracted over 60 audiences include delegates from Heidelberg, KBA, Kodak, Shanghai Electric, Dinga, Guowang, Lanbao, Cron as well as journalists from various printing industry media.
Mr. Zhao Hui, deputy general manager of China Print Show Company, hosted the press conference. Mr. Wang Demao, Mr. Lu Changan, Mr. Yin Haixing and Mr. Kong Huanji have delivered speeches during the conference. Mr. Xie Senshu, general manager of China Print Show Company has introduced the latest progress CHINA PRINT 2013 preparation.
With the theme of “Green, Efficiency and Digitization”, CHINA PRINT 2013 will elaborate a brand new developing concept of the modern printing industry through various new equipments, new technologies, new materials and new solutions, bringing inspiration and new ideas to exhibition visitors. The 3rd International Printing Industry Forum (FORUM-PI 2013) will be held during CHINA PRINT 2013. Over 30 seminars and conferences would also be held during the show period. CHINA PRINT 2013 has launched its new official website (www.chinaprint.com.cn)to provide more convenience services. Its official certified Sina Weibo account (http://weibo.com/chinaprintshow)has been activated to provide updates on social network. The promotion campaign including a series of domestic and oversea promotion events have also been launched.
It is estimated that CHINA PRINT 2013 will occupy a total show area of 120,000 square meters, attracting over 170,000 professional visitors from around the world.
