LabelExpo Asia has released the list of speakers for its 2013 event, which takes place on December 3rd – 4th in Shanghai. Expected to be the largest edition in the show's history, the label and packaging print show will see speakers cover a range of industry topics, including global trends, emerging technologies and sustainability.
The keynote speech will be given by Jukka-Pekka Haapanen, vice-president for Asia-Pacific at UPM Raflatac, who will discuss emerging trends in China and predict how current developments will shape the region's markets in future.
Day one of the conference will include advice on enhancing your business with digital print by Xeikon sales director Hans Gerinckx, while Christian Galí, area manager for Manter, will explore how new technologies can be adapted and exploited for beverage labelling.
Highlights of the second day's talks include Dan Nolan, president of Avery Dennison, looking at how innovation can drive environmental responsibility and David Ho, Martin Automatic's Asia Pacific general manager, considering how sustainability can be achieved while also maintaining profit.
