The first station of D·PES international promotion:34th Delhi Media Expo of India

Organized by MEX Exhibition company, the 34th Delhi Media Expo had been held from August 1-3 in Pragati Maidan Exhibition center. The event had last for 3 days, covering 10000sqm, which was the largest scale advertising exhibition in India. D·PES representatives participated the event and reported the latest industrial news and found out the development situation of India advertising market. Delhi Media Expo was the first station of  D·PES international promotion for the 2015 D·PES Sign Expo China.

 

After a heavy rainy night, wonderful weather came to Delhi, with blue sky, white clouds and bright sunshine. The Pragati Maridan Exhibition Center’s portal with grand sign was just 150 away from the exhibiting halls (hall 8-11), while the 150m distance was full of colorful exhibition signs and green trees.
 

There were 180 exhibitors of this event, while Roland was biggest exhibitor as well as the largest sponsor. Some other famous international brands also showcased at the show, such as HP, Mutoh, XAAR, EPSON. There were 18 Chinese exhibitors, one tenth of all.
 

 

When the registration visitors came to a largest number, our D·PES representatives went the registration counters distributing the brochure of 2015 D·PES Sign Expo China and 2015 LED Expo China and broadly introducing D·PES exhibitions. Most of the visitors received the brochure appreciatively, showing their interest in D·PES events. Some of the visitors had been to D·PES exhibitions before and would participate our shows again. They said hello in a Chinese word “ Nihao” , which made us very happy.

 

After distributing brochure at the registration counters, D·PES moved to the main walkway of the exhibition hall, paying out our promotional material and broadly introducing our events.

 

Delhi Media Expo had two registration stations which were between Hall 9 and Hall 10, Hall 10 and Hall 11, while each station had 8 registration counters. The number of the registration visitors came to the highest record at 10:30 am. The visitors of each registration counter rowed in a long queue, but it was quiet and well-ordered.


Overview of India advertising market:
India is the 3rd advertising market of Asia, following China and Japan. The newspaper is still the main part of India advertising in the coming years, but its other advertising fields increase rapidly. There is analysis that India digital advertising will increase 29% and the outdoor advertisement will increase 10% every year from now on to 2016. New Delhi is the capital as well as the culture center of India. The annual event will attract thousands of visitors to find business opportunities.

 
D·PES was at Booth 9/8 of Hall 9, with 9 posters on 9 fascia boards, which was brief but not simple. Most of the visitors showed interest in D·PES and asked many questions which focused on the opening date, venue, exhibitors number, visitors composition and exhibits range of the 2015 D·PES Sign Expo China. The two D·PES representatives answered all the questions fervently and patiently, as the Booth 9/8 was full of harmony.

In the exhibition we could see many famous international brands, such as HP, Epson, Mutoh, Roland, XAAR, FUJIFILM, DILLI, Monotech.

 

The 2014 Delhi Media Expo totally attracted 180 India domestic and oversea exhibitors, most of the exhibitors were from India, others are Korea, Singapore, Pakistan and China. There were 18 Chinese exhibitors which occupied one tenth of all. There were more than 20000 worldwide visitors attending the event, which were mainly from local and Asian countries. The exhibition basically covered all the products of advertising industry, which meant a very good sharing and communicating platform to exhibitors and buyers.
 

Some Chinese brands also showcased in the event, Atexco, Gongzheng, Color-Jet, Crystal and Sky-Color.

 

D·PES distributed the brochure of 2015 Sign Expo China
 

The exhibition catalog established the relative advertisement of 2015 D·PES Sign Expo China.
 

D·PES representatives meet Mr Gaurav Juneja at noon, the chief manager of the event and gave D·PES exhibition catalog to him. We had a simple and nice communication. Mr Gaurav Juneja had joined 2014 D·PES Sign Expo China, leaving a very deep expression of D·PES show. And he made sure that he would participate the 2015 D·PES Sign Expo China.
 

Screen Print Media was a famous media company in the advertising industrial of Delhi, as well as the official media the 2014 Delhi Media Expo. Their manager initiatively found D·PES representative at the booth for the initial corporation with D·PES.
