Fremont, California-based wide-format printer manufacturer EFI announces that resort and gaming entrepreneur Steve Wynn, founder, CEO and chairman of Wynn Resorts, will be giving a keynote presentation at the EFI Connect conference in Las Vegas in January.
The company’s annual user conference is scheduled for January 19-22 at Wynn’s flagship hotel/casino, called The Wynn.
The resort magnate’s keynote address, followed by a Q&A session, will close out the first day of EFI Connect.
Wynn created the first destination resorts in Las Vegas and Atlantic City, New Jersey, in 1971 when he opened up theGolden Nugget following a transaction with Howard Hughes. Since then he’s gone on to build some of Las Vegas’ most iconic hotel/casinos, including the Mirage, Treasure Island and the Bellagio. January will mark the tenth year in a row that EFI has held its annual user conference at the Wynn.
Wynn was a 2006 inductee into the American Gaming Association’s Hall of Fame.
