Mentor, Ohio-based graphic films manufacturer Avery Dennison announces it has acquired Sanbornton, New Hampshire-based digital ink manufacturer Ink Mill Corp. for an undisclosed sum.

The move combines Ink Mill’s digital ink capabilities and technology with Avery Dennison's extensive reflective media experience and portfolio.

“This acquisition creates a marriage of our media expertise with current and next-generation ink technologies, strengthening relationships with our customers and OEM printer partners,” says Nick Tucci, vice president of sales for Avery Dennison’s Materials Group North America. “Adding Ink Mill to our team brings new capabilities and experience, and we’re enthusiastic about the opportunities this presents to our customers.”
