Xerox Corp. announces the appointment of long-time employee Andrew Morrison as its first managing director for the United Kingdom and Ireland operations.

Morrison has held a number of divisional, country, regional and global organizational positions in his 15 years at the company, currently serving as president of large enterprise organization, Xerox Europe. In his new role, he will lead and help grow the company’s document outsourcing business and will oversee plans to expand reach in the small/medium business segment through an increased channel partner presence.

Morrison’s new job begins January 1, the same day the company officially begins operating as two separate business, Document Technology and Business Process Outsourcing.

In announcing Morrison’s appointment Xerox also announced Herve Tessler as its new president of international operations.
