Main Functions Configuration

1. Adopt1024i ( 6988H )high resolution printhead to achieve better quality prints;
2. Adopt aluminum beam structure and pinch roller made by engineering mold to ensure more accurate stepping and combination of prints;

1. Integrated body frame, higher feeding and collecting precision

Inregrated bosy frame guarantees every feeding roller, collecting roller, tension rod and feeding axie in parallel, which improves the feeding and collecting precision in printing coiled material

2. Unique inks stack printhead protection system

1)When printhead surface leavel is higher then the secondary ink tank, the cleaning solvent will follow into the printhead , so that cleaning solvent immersed the printhead for protection;

2) The ink tank is divided to avoid ink mixing , after starting the machine, just press out the remaining cleaning solvent, then the machine can start to print, this asl can save the ink;

3) Simple operation, clean and sanitary.

3. Secondary ink tank with ink circuit heating system, printhead plate heating system

In low temperature winter, machine also can work as usual with secondary in tank heater, printing bed heater and printhead plate heater turned onm so as to save your ecectricity cost without turning on the air conditioner in large workplace

4. Three heating sections

Pre-heating  before printing, bed heating during printing, to ensure better ink absorbency after heating, reduce droplet spreading and improve the resolution and screatch-degree.

5. Reserved vacuum cleaner suction outlet

1) Auto cleaning system is workable after connextion to vacuum, so as to save manpower, be clean and healthy;

2) form ink protective velum on the printhead suface, good for stable printing;

Notes:

1) The distance between the printhead plate and media is 2.5mm;

2) If there is some dirt on printhead surface, wipe the printheads with non-woven cloth after in flushing.
